Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 2 days of receiving your order — but only in the case of receiving an incorrect product (model/design mismatch).
Please note:
Returns will not be accepted for customer error while placing the order (e.g., selecting the wrong model) or for dissatisfaction.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to process the return.
Delivery and Transit
All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Once a product passes quality check and is shipped, Risowa is not responsible for any damage caused during delivery transit, and no returns or refunds will be issued for such cases.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Gift cards or custom items
Exchanges
If you wish to get a different product/model, we recommend placing a new order. In such cases, the return shipping charge must be borne by the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
